Booking Conditions

Read the booking conditions before making reservation. When you make your reservation you will accept the booking conditions.

Travelrovaniemi.com's owner comply with the following terms while making cottage holiday service orders, reservations and cancellation of reserved services. These terms will bind both sides, when customer has paid the owner for the prepayment or has paid the prepayment and final payment in one money transfer as mentioned in these booking conditions. Travel Rovaniemi .com owner owns both of the villas that it is renting.

Reservation- and payment terms:

Customer will receive invoice in E-mail which includes all payment information or by request in customers desired address. Customer will also receive driving directions from Rovaniemi to the reserved cottage and instructions to receive the keys. Every remark related to invoice must be inform within seven (7) days from invoices date. In the payment you must use note to money receiver, which contains reserved time period dates. (for example, 01.01.2018 - 07.01.2018)

When arriving customer is required to pay a 100€ damage deposit, which the customer will get back when they return the keys to the owner. Owner also has right to ask for cleaning deposit.

Reservation prepayment (100 €) or 20% of the total rent 7 days after making reservation.

Final payment, 6 weeks (42 days) before beginning of reservation. Closer reservations will be charged in one entry.

If reservation payment is not done on time, Travelrovaniemi.com's owner will cancel the reservation without informing.

Reservation cancellation and changing:

Cancellation must always be done in writing (letter, e-mail) to Travelrovaniemi.com’s owner. Cancellation will be seen as done at that moment when the information has been received by Travelrovaniemi.com’s owner. If customer can proof that the cancellation has been done and sent to right address at correct timing the cancellation will be accepted even if it would arrive late or would not come to receiver at all.

If cancelled after the first payment reservation prepayment will be kept. Provided that the cancellation happens later than 21 days before beginning of the reservation, the whole payment of the rent will be kept. If the cottage gets marketed to another customer from which we will receive corresponding sum, the prepayment will be kept.

Provided that customer changes their reservation (date of the holiday, supplementary service or people count), surcharge will be collected for 15 €. Change must be done six (6) weeks before beginning of reservation latest. Later that this made changes will be processed as cancellation of reservation and making a new reservation.

Staying at the cottage:

Cottage keys will be given to customer at the cottage at that beforehand in phone or in writing told estimation of arrival. Extra door opening will be charged 30 € service payment.

Cottage will be available to customer at arrival dates 16:00 PM, till leaving dates 12:00 PM. Cottage's rent includes free use of the house and its facilities and amenities.

Cottages rent includes use of furniture, cooking and dining dishes and cutlery and wood for the fireplace. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rent. Linen and towels are calculated into service fee based on customer count. Cleaning of the cottage during the vacation and in the end of the vacation is done by the customer themselves unless they have made other arrangements. If at the end of the reservation cleaning have not been done or it has been done insufficiently and the owner of the cottage has to take care of it before next customer arrives, the owner has right to charge at least 100 euros for the cleaning.

Compensation for the damages:

Customer is obliged to compensate for all the damage they cause to the cottage or its movables.

TravelRovaniemi.com's owner is not responsible on damage happened to customers on cases where the damage has been done due unexpected force majeure event or similar (e.g. changes in nature, electric breaks, water breaks ect.) that is not fault of the owner of the villa and the owner couldn't reasonably stop.

Complaints:

All the complaints and remarks need to be reported immediately after they have been noticed and during the stay directly to the cottage owner.

Right to chance prices:

Travel Rovaniemi .com reserves a right the correct possibly wrong price on the web-page before the contract has been made.
